How to make a samoan umu 

First you have to have dry wood and rub it until it gets on fire .

After you get dry coconut  leaves.

You get rocks from the river because some other rocks will explode .

Put some taro and Next put the palusami green banana then put rocks around it Next put the palusami. 

.Then we step on the edges to  stop the stem from going out. It takes 1 hour to cook

Then make a basket to  give to the neighbours when you are waiting for the umu to cook  for an hour .

 Finally take the food to the neighbours and you can eat.
